To download it to your own computer, simply log in to your account and under the ‘Current projects’ tab, click on the ‘DETAILS’ link of the relevant order. From there, the ‘Download’ tab will contain any files ready for you to download.

Yes, you can structure your project so you and your academic can work through the project together, giving you time to feed back. Be sure to request the upgrade for direct contact with academic when ordering your project.
You can usually make changes, but the timing of any changes depends on your deadline. Once your academic has begun your project, changes will usually mean additional fees or a delay.
As soon as you know about any changes, get in touch with us and one of our academic consultants will work with you to work any changes into your project plan.
